Access Agreement

Please read this Access Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using the SHAPE e-learning course (the “Service”) operated by the SHAPE Project (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with this Agreement. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Why have I been invited to this e-learning course?

You have been invited to access this e-learning course because you are in the support network of someone living with dementia, who is currently participating in the “SHAPE” research study. The e-learning course is offered to people who want to understand more about dementia and the effect it can have on the people they support.

Will my personal information be collected?

This version of the course will not collect any data about you. 

Can I share the e-learning course with others?

For the purpose of the study, we ask that you do not share this link with anyone else.
